XD Single Gas Detector

The XD Single Gas Detector is designed for the most adverse conditions. It offers a wide range of user selectable options, replaceable battery and can monitor a variety of toxic hazards. The XD is compatible with Honeywell’s MicroDock II automatic test and calibration system.

Compact and affordable, the XD gas detectors are available for a wide variety of atmospheric hazards. The XD gas detector is IP66/67 rated and fully immersible, EMI / RFI resistant housing, built-in concussion-proof boot. An extra-loud audible alarm, flashing LED light bars, and internal vibrator alerts users to hazardous conditions. The large, easy-to-read display includes a built-in backlight that ensures readings can be viewed even in dim light conditions. An easy-to-change 3V camera battery provides up to two years of continuous operation. The XD gas detector clearly warns of the gas hazard present—Low, High, TWA and STEL gas alarm. Recorded TWA, STEL and peak exposures can be displayed on demand. XD gas detectors have datalogging and multi-language support, a built-in IR COM port for automatic data transfer to a computer or MicroDock II docking station module. No wires necessary! x5 Series
5 Gas Detector

Honeywell Analytics X5 Series portable gas detectors simultaneously monitor up to five atmospheric hazards. A wide selection of individual electrochemical toxic sensors is available, along with optional IR sensor for carbon dioxide (% CO2) and PID sensors for detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The X5 has data-logging capabilities and is compatible with MicroDock II, Honeywell’s automatic test/calibration docking station.

Compact and lightweight, the X5 activates audible, visual and vibrating alarms in the event of a low, high, TWA or STEL alarm condition. Highly configurable to suit a range of applications, Honeywell Analytics X5 comes as a diffusion or pumped instrument with either alkaline or Lithium Polymer rechargeable hot-swappable battery pack. Standard features include confidence beep, automatic calibration, full function self test, and an extended selection of user-settable field options. PID Detection The X5’s photoionization detection option monitors VOCs that present potential hazards in work environments. VOCs, which can often evaporate at room temperature, include substances such as solvents, paint thinners, benzene, butadiene, hexane, toluene, as well as vapors associated with fuels such as gasoline, diesel, heating oil, kerosene, and jet fuel. The Honeywell Analytics’ X5 integrated photoionization detector (PID) enables sensitive broad spectrum monitoring of volatile organic compounds.

Designed to provide personal safety, MicroMAX Plus is OSHA compliant. Its rugged aluminum case provides superior RFI/EMI shielding as well as dust, water and impact resistance. MicroMAX Plus is designed, tested and manufactured under strict ISO 9001 quality systems and is UL classified with CSA, certified intrinsically safe for use in Class I, II & III, Division I and Groups A,B, C, D, E, F, G.

Worker safety is our business, and Lumidor continually improves its gas detectors´ quality and features. MicroMAX Plus simultaneously monitors 1 to 4 gases (5 with ComboToxTM). Internal pump allows for easy pre-testing in confined spaces and provides almost instantaneous readings of gas concentrations.

Both audible and visual alarms warn the user if the oxygen levels are either too low or enriched, and when combustible gas is present or toxic gas levels are too high. The toxic gas alarms can be easily adjusted in the field from immediate to TWA. Alarms will also activate in case of sensor failure, low battery voltage, pump blockage or low air flow.

Our unique microprocessor design allows for self-diagnostics with each start up. MicroMAX Plus internally data logs individual channel alarms, TWA, averaging and peak information. With a push of the Mode button, review information as well as check battery voltage and elapsed time. This information is available for display and documentation by downloading to a standard PC when the MicroMAX Plus is purchased with the data logging option. Calibration is easy - simply place in calibration Mode, introduce calibration gas, wait two minutes and calibration is complete!
